SHIPPING POLICY

At BYAG.DE, orders are processed, produced, packed, and shipped through our trusted fulfilment partners.

Please note that different product categories may be fulfilled by different partners. This means that apparel, accessories, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and other products may be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates.

1. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are usually processed and delivered within an estimated timeframe of 3–7 business days, depending on the product category, destination, order volume, and carrier availability.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

The delivery time shown at checkout or in your order confirmation is an estimate and is not guaranteed, unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

If your order contains products from different categories, your items may be shipped in separate parcels.

For example, apparel and beauty products may be produced, packed, and shipped separately. In this case, you may receive more than one shipping confirmation and the parcels may arrive on different dates.

Separate shipments do not mean that your order has been duplicated.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Because BYAG.DE works with different fulfilment partners, shipping costs may vary depending on the product category, delivery country, parcel size, and number of shipments.

If a free shipping offer applies, this will be shown at checkout.

4. POSSIBLE DELAYS

We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur during busy periods, promotional campaigns, public holidays, high order volumes, production delays, courier delays, customs checks, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

When available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

If your order is shipped in separate parcels, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

6. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

BYAG.DE is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be resent.

7. LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at info@byag.de and include your order number.

We will review the tracking information and, where necessary, contact the fulfilment partner or shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Please contact us as soon as possible if:
- your tracking has not updated for several days
- your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it
- your parcel appears to be lost
- your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe

8. DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@byag.de.

Please include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the damaged parcel
- clear photos of the damaged item
- a short description of the issue

Please keep the packaging until the case has been reviewed.

9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If international shipping is available to your delivery country, shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

BYAG.DE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local import procedures.
